chatter matters for nurseries
Today saw the first of our ‘chatter matters sessions for nurseries’ training and the launch of the new kit. We are really excited to hear how the practitioners and settings get on with the new kit and how much the children and parents enjoy it. A fabulous morning involving singing, scarves, instruments and stories and practising the strategies which support early communication development.
chatter matters sessions for nurseries
Our chatter matters programme has been running successfully in community sessions for several years but now we are ready to show off our new chatter matters sessions for nurseries programme.
We think the resources look great and are going to provide practitioners with a simple and effective way of ensuring they support all aspects of language development as well as modelling all the strategies.
There are 2 training sessions coming up and you are able to book on NOW. Take a look at the training section on our website.
The training includes the cost of resources which makes it AMAZING value and we can’t promise that the price will stay this low.

A journey in knitting.
How do you make a presentation to delegates at a national conference about the key elements of the success of ‘time to talk’ in a way they will remember? Use over 200 knitted squares of course!
The ‘time to talk’ team were invited to be one of the presenters at the Talk To Your Baby national conference in London. Alex illustrated the presentation with knitted squares provided by practitioners linked with ‘time to talk’. The squares showed how bringing together all the different people and skills, providing training and support and monitoring progress could create something amazing. The finished blanket book created with the squares is now on tour and can be seen at cluster meetings and the conference in November.
New website!
We have a new website! Isn’t it lovely? We’re still working on making it just right but it’s very exciting!
